Welcome to Vertigo Outdoor. We run professionally delivered Climbing, Mountaineering and Hill Walking training and adventure courses. These range from complete introduction sessions and courses to week long holidays in foreign destinations such as Italy, Spain and Greece where we deliver top class climbing coaching. We offer a range of courses which include: Learn to Rock Climb, Rock Climbing Courses, Advanced Rock Climbing, Mountain Skills, Hill Walking, Scrambling Courses and Winter Mountaineering Courses. Furthermore we are an approved provider of Bord Oiliúint Sléibhe (BOS) NGB courses and deliver training and assessment in a variety of different awards. As well as our structured courses we offer bespoke training and coaching in all aspects of climbing and mountaineering such as site specific training for indoor walls or technical advice to climbing centres and adventure centres, Charity Abseiling and Team Building and High Ropes Consultation. So no matter what level you are at the Vertigo team can get you higher! The world of mountaineering can be a daunting place to move into for the inexperienced. We see too many people either give up the sport early or simply never get traction because they don’t have the confidence or knowledge to move forwards.
