Lead Climbing Skills

Just finished a great 2 days Rock Climbing Instruction for the Irish Mountaineering Club running an introduction to lead climbing. Ainé and Eugene had a fair bit of experience and were climbing well on day one in Dalkey so we decided to head to Glendalough today where we got 2 good multi-pitch routes done in stunning sunshine. Lots of focus on good gear placements and belays and the guys went from strength to strength. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend! Well done to you guys, your gear and ability was spot on by the end of the weekend and you were great craic too! A Brilliant way to spend a weekend! 🙂
