If you have done our Introductory course and caught the bug then this is the next step. Over the couse of this one day course we will show you anchor and rope systems that will allow you to head out and climb for yourself. This is not a "Learn to Lead" course but will get you setting up safe anchors and belays so you can top and bottom rope climbs in your own time. Is it for you? This course is ideal for the indoor climber who wishes to move outdoors or for those who have completed an introductory day and want to learn the basics of top and bottom roping, climbing basics, ropework and more.. All our staff are dedicated climbers and have a great depth of knowledge of the local crags. They are qualified and experienced in teaching climbing at all levels from beginners to more advanced climbers, and will be keen to pass on their knowledge to you.
The day begins at 16:30.  We finish at 20:30pm.
